Contact the Endeveree editorial team
Use this page to reach the editors with a question about payroll or budgeting coverage, a correction to something we published, or a suggestion for a topic we have not covered yet. Messages go to the editorial team, not to a sales desk.
What to send us
The desk handles editorial mail about payroll software comparisons, labor budgeting methods, compensation planning, and time-tracking workflows. Every message lands with a person who writes and reviews those pages.
Questions about coverage
Ask about a comparison we published, a budgeting method we described, or how a salary structure concept works in practice for your team size.
Corrections
Tell us where a vendor's pricing model or feature list has moved on since we published, and point us at their current published information if you have it.
Topic suggestions
If there is a payroll or budgeting question you cannot find answered anywhere useful, send it. Reader questions shape what we research next.
We read everything that arrives. Not every message gets a full article back, but questions that repeat across employers are the ones we tend to write about.
What helps us answer faster
Include your team size, your pay types (hourly, salaried, contractor), and how many states you employ people in. Those three details change the answer more than anything else, and they let us respond with something specific rather than general.
If you are flagging an error, name the page and the exact detail that is out of date. A link to the vendor's current published information speeds up the review considerably. We update pages once the change is confirmed.

Editorial requests and corrections
If you are flagging an error, include the page and the specific detail that is out of date. If you can point to the vendor's current published information, that speeds up the review considerably. We update pages when the change is confirmed, and we say so on the page itself rather than quietly rewriting it.
Name the page
Tell us which comparison, guide, or explainer you were reading. If you have the link open, paste it into the message.
Quote the detail
Copy the sentence or row that no longer matches, so we can find it without guessing which part of the page you meant.
Show the source
A vendor's current pricing page or feature list is enough. We verify before editing, so the source shortens the wait for everyone.
What we cannot help with
We do not provide payroll processing, tax filing, legal advice, or accounting advice for individual situations. We also cannot recommend a specific platform for your company, because the right answer depends on details only you have. What we can do is explain how the platforms differ and what criteria to apply, so your own evaluation gets shorter and sharper.
Out of scope
- Running payroll or filing payroll taxes on your behalf
- Legal or accounting advice for a specific employment situation
- Picking a platform for your company or negotiating on your behalf
What we do instead
- Explain how platforms differ on pricing models, pay types, and multi-state handling
- Describe budgeting and forecasting methods you can apply to your own headcount plan
- Lay out salary structure and merit matrix concepts in plain language
- Walk through time-tracking workflows that feed clean hours into payroll
Response times
Editorial messages are reviewed during business hours, and most receive a reply within a few business days. Correction requests that require vendor verification may take longer, since we confirm changes before publishing them.
If your question is about a topic we cover regularly, a reply may come with a link to the page that already answers it. That is usually faster than waiting on a custom answer, and it saves you a search.
Reader mail is the main way we hear that a comparison has gone stale. A short note about a changed price tier or a feature that moved plans is worth more to the next employer who reads that page than it costs you to send.
Where to start on the site
If you are comparing platforms for a first time, these pages answer most of what arrives in the inbox.
- Payroll Software Comparison
- Payroll Budgeting & Cost Forecasting
- Compensation Planning & Salary Structures
- Time Tracking & Payroll Workflows
- Choosing Payroll Software by Team Size

Questions that come up before people write
Can you tell me which payroll platform to buy?
No, and a shortlist built from your team size, pay types, and states is more useful than a verdict from a stranger. What we can do is show how the platforms differ on pricing models, contractor support, and multi-state tax handling, then let you weigh those against your own constraints.
Will you review my salary structure or merit matrix?
We cannot review your specific documents, but a question about how a band, midpoint, or merit increase percentage is normally applied is fair game. Describe the setup in plain terms and we will explain the concept and where employers usually trip on it.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most messages get a reply within a few business days during Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET. Corrections that need a vendor check take longer, because we confirm the change before we publish it.
Do you take guest contributions or sponsored posts?
We publish our own research and writing. If you have a correction, a vendor pricing change, or a topic that deserves coverage, send that instead, and it will get read by the person who handles the page.
